Spring failure and a leak

I have 2 of these and they were easy to install and worked fine for a year and a few months. Now the spring keeps failing in one and the other has developed a leak from the inside. Can’t get access to fix it.

30m Hose reel.

This reel was really easy to set up and the whole thing works well. The hose comes out smoothly and retracts easily. The pressure is good and at 30 metres it reaches everywhere I need.If it lasts then I will get another one we will see.

Exceptional service

I purchased two 30 meter retractable hose reels, these have always rewound without an issue. I did have an issue where the spray nozzle started to leak. I rang Holman they answer immediately they found my details immediately, I advised where the leak was coming from, they without any hesitation replaced my spray nozzle. What a great company to deal with.

Luv this hose

I recently bought the 30m hose from Bunnings, it was a good price, easy to install & it works a treat. I have a long backyard with plenty of raised garden beds, new trees & heaps of pot plants so I do a lot of watering & have had no problems like the hose twisting & crimping like I did with the last hose which was extremely annoying. The fittings also all work well which was a really pleasant surprise!

They system automatically gave my previous review a 5* rating, which is incorrect, 1* if that.

Stay clear of this product as there is no warranty when the plastic casing cracks that holds the hose. It it unable to the repaired, therefore, the whole unit after 3 years now needs to be binned. For the price we paid for it I would have thought it would have lasted a lot longer than this. Buyer beware!

spring broken in both

Bought the 1st one and thought it was great. Wish I never bought ba second, as the spring has collasped in both outside of warranty. VERY poor quality. Bought a Pope and has so far lasted 3 times longer...similar price.

Disappointed

I bought 2 of the 30 meter holman retracting hose and originally thought it a fantastic product.
Now just over a year later both don't fully retract and I'm left with 10 and 15 meters of hose still lying around. What was originally nice neat and tidy , now looks like very messy. I'm very disappointed with this product. Would not recommend to anyone.

Installed in a few simple steps, our 30m Retractable Hose Reel comes with all the parts required for installation. Simply mount the bracket onto your wall of choice, add the securing pin, connect to your tap and you’re good to go.

Easy to use

The 7 Function Spray Gun allows you to easily water depending on your task or plants. Just turn on your tap, pull on the hose to your desired length and tug to stop lock it in place.

Tangle-free

Once you’ve turned off your tap and removed excess pressure, simply tug on the hose again and guide it back into the housing. Our hose layering mechanism guarantees a kink and tangle-free retraction, every time.
