Belt little short ,

I bought 20M belt ,but I think you sent me wrong size. It can not fit my 20M reel.

Replacement part

Well that was an absolute waste of money because I could not open the unit just couldn't find the screws so ended up having to purchase a brand new unit for 99 dollars for stop not at all impressed that you can sell apart and I can't get into the actual mechanism of this retractor hose

You made a mistake and sent us a UV protection cover for the hose reel
I emailed N’Dene who said the belt was in the post. We haven’t received it yet
and it is over a week haven’t been notified by the Aust post like last time
