Very efficient and wonderful to deal with

You carry the bracket but very little else, not even dismantling instructions. It's like the present accelerated obsolescence and non-support of most household appliances. Either it's deliberate policy, poor engineering design or your marketing analysts have decreed 'Do Not Support'.

Old bracket did not last very long, 3 years!! I thought it was quite expensive to replace and on top of that had to pay freight as well.
