Would expected better from an Aussie Company ![User picture]()
Second one in 2 months,I try too support Aussie companies I am really disappointed I think you may need to check your design, there's got to be a problem with it. I know I can take it back which I will do, but find it very hard to try another one

5700H Spray gun
Though I believed in your product, the item started leaking at the trigger and when examined, it is broken from inside.
Purchased in 2021.
I would like a replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.

Spray Gun lasted only about two months. Went to use it yesterday and it started leaking profusely from the trigger.

Useless
A waste of money and adds to landfill. Worked for 3 months then like so many other started leaking through the trigger and won't turn off. Sad to see an Aussie company build so many bad quality products.

Great to start with, but less than 12 months old, never dropped or thrown around, now leaks badly from trigger surrounds and handle. Good one day, leaked the next.
Not the hose or connection either - no leak with alternate nozzle.

Agree. Old was better.
I agree with other reviewer. The old spray gun was near perfect, just time took its toll. While trying to support the Aus company, the replacement spray guns are so bad. The first gun was good then after a very short period stated leaking from the head. Assuming we may have dropped it, purchased another. This one leaked from the trigger. So third gun, can't say we didn't give them a chance, leaked from the thumb lever.

Good, but I miss the previous model
I had the old model of this gun for years, but it was old and tired so I had to replace with this one. My old gun never leaked, but it got clogged over time.
First, be aware that the thumb control does not operate this gun - it's only pressure regulation that serves to constrict flow. The gun is always controlled/operated from the handle lever. I wouldn't have bought if I knew this.
The mist function is nowhere near as good as the prev model - this one gives very coarse spray. The prev one was very fine mist, which I used often and loved.
The jet function in this one is also not the best - it gives a slightly coarser and less powerful spray than the prev model, which was very narrow, powerful and could reach far away.
Overall this is ok quality and a couple more functions but it's a shame to see it's a new product that doesn't match the excellent quality of the previous model.
