Tilt Head 680mm Multi Function Wand

This product is great until it breaks and then it’s not. I have a large garden and do a lot of had watering. I have brought a number of these and the same thing keeps happening. The silver clip that is supposed to hold the handle in comes out, most times lost in the garden making the thing useless unless you want to have to hold it in continuously yourself. Very frustrating, can’t get it back in even when I have found it. I have kept buying them as I like the tilt head and the length of the arm. Thought might be just a once or twice off, but this new one didn’t even last a week. It’s frustrating because if it happens a month or 2 after purchase it’s harder to take back and haven’t bothered. Would have expected them to last at least 12 mths but they don’t. Especially from a company that is trying to be sustainable. Just more land fill. Consider the design of this product needs to be looked at more carefully. Get rid of flow adjuster too. Just another thing that breaks and doesn’t work for long. This could be a great product with just a few adjustments.
