550mm Warm White Path Light

Having had 6 (quite expensive) solar garden lights in the past I was over the need to replace batteries, varying levels of brightness, l5 out of 6 lights not turning on when it got dark (unless I operated them manually) - mine actually lit up in daylight when supposedly charging, water ingress into the electronics etc. I decided to look for more sophisticated lights and came across these 12v Holman lights which fitted the bill perfectly. Whilst not cheap, they offered reliability, a water and dust proof rating, freedom from batteries and the vagaries of solar charging. I bought 6, and although they were easy enough to connect and set up, it took some time to accurately determine the required number of cables and the length of each one, as well as choosing joiners, T connectors etc. Fortunately I live close to Bunnings! With some planning I don't have any exposed cable over the 50m of cable used but did have to dig under some garden edging/pavers to achieve this.
I bought the basic controller and connected it to an unused Ebay timer I had (used to turn lights etc on when away from home) and this has been set to turn my garden lights on/off automatically each day.
The lights are brighter than my previous solar units and look great when turned on.

Purchased a white path light for my garden, my peas tomatoes and lemons have never looked so brighter!!
My kids love seeing it light up at night!!
