20mm BSP Swaplock® Misting Inline Filter

The female thread that goes onto the tap only has 3 threads for the tap to screw into. It appears that during design they did not take into account the thickness of the sealing washer. I you try and get the washer to seal even after using large amounts of tread tape and (especially if you have high water pressure) the plastic housing will fracture.I am not sure if the fracture was as a result or over-tightening or water pressure as a brittle plastic was used, either way it would not seal and fractured.
