Hose Reel Bracket – 30M

Very sturdy and easy to install, but now I have a problem in that the hose will not retract into the unit the way it used to. Perhaps the rewind mechanism deteriorated in the time the unit was off the wall waiting for the new bracket to be installed.

Good experience I ordered wrong size 30 instead of 20 so didn’t fit over previous 20 bracket. The 20 was sent immediately with return bag for the 30. It was my error but you facilitated chance in seamless manner which was much appreciated. Hose reel now re attached to wall without having to purchase a total new reel. Not my experience with equivalent pipe product post metal totally tested out in seaside environment but part couldn’t be replaced!
