Seriously - you want me to write a review about a product that I ordered because the original hose reel bracket collapsed, allowing my hose reel to fall off the wall?
Fair enough, the bracket hung on the wall for about four years and eventually suffered from heat and weight stress before it separated into two parts, but you should considered making the bracket from a material that will not fail in the Australian outdoor environment. Best wishes.

Just what I ordered

Okay

The bracket snapped in half during the recent Melbourne "Earth Quake". Half the bracket together with the half the bolt remained on the brick wall and the other remained on the hose reel. That's the reason I had to order this spare part. But that's okay, things like this can happen under the circumstances.
