By taking part in the contest the participant accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

Reliance Worldwide Corporation (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. (“RWC”) ‘Holman Garden x Subiaco Lions Father’s Day Giveaway 2026’ on the website (https://www.holmanindustries.com.au), Facebook Industries (https://www.facebook.com/holmanindustries) and Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/holmangarden) of RWC (27/28 Chapman Pl, Eagle Farm QLD 4009) organised from 28/08/2026 to 04/09/2026. The contest is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other media platform and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook or Instagram. The information provided by participants is exclusive to RWC. Questions and comments about the competition are to be addressed to: marketing.au@rwc.com.

1 ENTRY

• Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants can enter the competition via the Holman competition form page (https://www.holmanindustries.com.au/fathers-day-comp-2026/) by signing up and consenting to receive marketing communications from Holman Industries and Subiaco Football Club and must be following @holmangarden and @subiacolions.

2 ELIGIBILITY

• Eligible persons must reside in Western Australia and be aged at least 18 years old. Entrants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian accept these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win. Excluded from participation are RWC employees and their relatives.
• Incomplete or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.

3 PARTICIPATION AND PROFIT DRAW

• Participation in the contest requires entrants to sign up and consent to receive marketing communications from Holman Industries and Subiaco Football Club, and must be following @holmangarden and @subiacolions.
• RWC will decide the winner of the Holman Helios Weather Station on Friday, 4 September 2026, and that decision will be final and non-negotiable.
• RWC reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of RWC.
• In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a winner does not respond to RWC initial communications within five (5) days, another winner will be selected for any unclaimed prizes on 09/09/2026 at the same time and place as the original selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
• Winners will be notified by the supplied email. The prize remains the property of RWC until claimed by the prize winner.

4 PAYOUT

• The profit is exclusively a prize of 1x Holman Helios Weather Station (WS5095W2) valued at $422 AUD.
• A cash payment of winnings is excluded, as is an exchange of the product.

5 NOTICE & PRIVACY

The competition participants agree that:

• RWC will collect all personal data in order to conduct the promotion.
• All personal information you provide will be used by RWC in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.holmanindustries.com.au/privacy-policy/. By providing your personal information, you agree to such use by RWC.
• The Promoter is Reliance Worldwide Corporation (Aust.) Pty. Ltd.
• In the case of winning, the first name and abbreviated surname plus place of residence of the winners will be published on the Instagram page of RWC, for presentation purposes.
• The data used for the operation of the competition will not be sold or transferred to any third parties.
• RWC reserves the right to cancel the contest without notice and will contact any eligible entrants individually by email, where necessary.
• Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

6 LIABILITY

• Once the prize (1x Holman Helios Weather Station) has left RWC premises, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Content published on the RWC website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of RWC and/or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws.
