Welcome to Holman Industries website holmanindustries.com.au. We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions set out below. By accessing, browsing, leaving a review, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully as we reserve the right to update these conditions at any time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then please do not use this Site.
Spare Parts:
When ordering Spare Parts from Holman Industries, you agree to the following and in no way hold Holman Industries liable for any false filled information or orders resulting in Spare Parts not working with your product. For information on requirements needed for a refund. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
1. You agree that the batch number of your product requiring Spare parts correlates with the Spare Part product that you ordered.
2. You agree that a refund is not warranted and therefore will not be issued if the Spare Parts ordered does not match the batch number of your product requiring a Spare Part.
3. You agree that if a Return is necessary, this is the result of either of the following:
- The Spare Part delivered was not the correct Spare Part on your order
- The Spare Part delivered is faulty and cannot be used
Delivery Policy:
We endeavour to ensure that all online orders placed are shipped within 1-4 business days. All orders are sent with Australia Post and packaged thoroughly to ensure they are delivered in good working order. All products are sent from Perth, Western Australia. Holman Industries is not held liable for any shipping delays once your order has been received by Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping on products, aside from shipping to New Zealand.
- Standard domestic shipping: WA – 2 to 5 business days, Interstate – 6 to 10 business days
- Express domestic shipping: WA: 1 – 2 business days, Interstate: 3 – 4 business days
- New Zealand standard shipping: 7 – 12 days
- New Zealand express shipping: 5 – 8 days
Refunds and Returns Policy:
If you are needing to return your spare part due to it being faulty, or your order being incorrect, you can get in touch with our customer service team at support@holmanindustries.com.au or call 1300 716 188. Alternatively, you can submit a ticket through our online Support System.
We do not offer refunds if the Spare Part ordered does not match the batch number for your product requiring the spare part.
Payment Terms:
All purchases from Holman Industries are made using the payment system Stripe. Orders must be paid in full and are done so using encrypted software. We do not store credit card details and allow payments from most major debit and credit cards.
Billing Information Terms:
If we have to make a change to or cancel your order, we may attempt to notify you. This will be through the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. Holman Industries is not held liable if orders are delivered to incorrect billing addresses.
Product Information:
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and product availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
Liability Limitations:
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case will Holman Industries be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Including, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages. Whether based in contract, strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any products. Including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of Service or products posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

By sharing, submitting and uploading any of your data (including but not limited to photographs, images, videos, reviews, comments) to Holman Industries Website, social media channels (including # and comments incorporating Holman Industries, (without limitation, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn)), you grant Holman Industries a license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, display and perform your user data in any legal manner for the benefit of Holman Industries. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all the user data that your make available through such means whilst remaining the owner of such content. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that:
