Scene Tap-to-Run Example - Water Zone 1 manually

Using your connected WX8 create a Tap-to-Run scenario and ensure you name this scenario Zone 1 if you wish to use it with Google/Alexa/Siri voice control. When you execute (tap) this scenario, Zone 1 will water for the time set in the app.

  1. From the Scene screen with Tap-to-Run chosen, choose + (the top right hand corner)

  2. Choose Launch Tap-to-Run
    3. Create Scene screen

  3. From the Then section choose +
    4. Set up task screen

  4. Choose Run the device
    5. Set up task screen

  5. Choose WX8
    6. All Devices screen

  6. Choose Zone 1
    7. Select Function screen

  7. Select on and then choose Save
    8. Switch screen

  8. Choose Next
    9. Select Function screen

  9. Choose ... to give the scenario a better name
    10. Creat new Scene screen

  10. Tap in the default name and edit it. Pressing x to remove it allows for easier editing
    Adjust Show on Home Page to your preference. Choose OK

  11. Confirm everything is correct and then choose Save
    12. Creat new Scene screen

  12. View all your Tap-to-Run scenarios

  13. The Tap-to-Run scenarios will show on the Home screen if you have the Show on Home Page setting enabled

  14. Choose your Tap-to-Run scenarios at any time to perform the set tasks
